Aufgaben # Independently perform audits worldwide including risk based planning, report compilation and follow up on actions # Identify process risks and improvement potential and obtain management’s commitment on mitigating actions # Actively promote continuous improvement of internal processes including enhancement of the existing toolset # Support management ensuring secure, compliant and efficient processes # Assist the Audit Manager in the annual risk analysis and development of the annual audit program # Train new team members on the job to foster effective knowledge transfer and efficient onboarding Qualifikationen # Master degree in Business Administration, Economics or comparable qualification # Several years of relevant professional experience in Internal Audit # Professional certifications such as CIA, CA, CPA, CFE or CISA and data analytics skills are an asset # Very good communication skills and business fluent in both English and German, additional language skills are an asset # Good command of MS Office, audit tools and data analysis software # Strong intercultural competence, flexibility and willingness for global traveling are a prerequisite # High analytical competence, self-driven and solution oriented working style and above average team ability Zusatzinformationen Applications from people with disabilities are strongly encouraged.
