Digital Media Manager (m/w/d) Frankfurt am Main Vollzeit R2609556 Job overview The Digital Media Manager develops and executes new and innovative digital media campaigns to generate consumer awareness, drive increased demand of our products as well to inform the consumers about the brands and the categories. The Digital Media Manager brings experienced knowledge in technology services and a superior interest in e-commerce customer experience as well as strong experience in the area of tracking and monitoring of digital media campaigns and SEM-activities. Furthermore, the position will strengthen the marketing department in the areas of SEA and E-commerce-activities from a marketing point of view. This position leads the media agency in strong alignment together with Head of Media in accordance with the strategic focus on our brands. The Digital Media Manager has a clear understanding and experience within all areas of negotiation with media-owners to achieve the annually agreed media efficiency, knowledge how to leverage the trade-desk for all programmatic buying strategies. Deep knowledge and experience how traditional media and digital media is working together is a key-priority for this position. The position ensures a continuous exchange with global media and global marketing to ensure that global and local media ambitions are met and ensure ongoing improvements of all media relevant areas (i.e briefing/ strategy/ planning/ review and audit process). Support the marketing & commercial management to strengthen the digital media approaches for Germany due to the fact that digital media plays an important role to activate the consumers. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a strong digital marketing presence which matches all other media and marketing-activities Create, according to the media-strategies, digital campaigns in the areas of SEA/ Display- and Video-Flights/ Website management (like monitoring GA 360) in collaboration with media agency Consultancy to brand managers regarding all digital media activities including project management and coordination of stakeholders like media agency, creative agencies Collaboration with global Media Team on best practice sharing Track Google Adwords campaigns Create, build and execute innovative digital media campaigns to drive traffic to Websites and/or to stimulate E-Commerce in collaboration with media agency Improve online customer experience in our digital channels Handling of digital media strategies and tactics to ensure strategic and financial objectives are met Establish, maintain and cultivate relationships with online partners (media agencies and media owner in the digital area) Tracking of Budget and Purchase Orders in collaboration with Finance Team Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing / communications or equivalent 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant job (Media-Agency-Experience is a plus) Experience in digital marketing and E-Commerce Excellent digital skills (SEA, Display, Video, Website management, KPI-setting etc.) Has a clear understanding how traditional and digital media is working together Is familiar with the functionality of all media channels Has the capability to evaluate communication strategies holistically Experience managing digital media agencies and media owner Advanced data analysis skills – e.g. Data analytics, Google Analytics, Search-Metrics Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects ad complex stakeholder relationships – work prioritization, planning and time management Good communication and analytic skills Languages: German (fluent), English (fluent) Our offer: An international work environment, in which you can develop your talent and realize ideas and innovations within a competent team.
