Its business purpose is to facilitate access to the respective markets and leverage trade opportunities in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). The business scope ranges from selling and offering tires to a full-service portfolio through around 600 equity stores and 2,300 franchise and network partners.For the ContiTrade EMEA area we are looking for an eBusiness Manager whose tasks will include:Taking responsibility for planning and implementing features and change requests for the B2C applications. Analyzing local business processes and business developments, defining requests, analyzing and evaluating requirements and transferring them into technical concepts. Steering development with internal and external resources. Implementing, testing and commissioning functions within the applications. Documenting changes and training key users. Leading and / or supporting digitization projects, e.g. planning and executing roll-out projects for the further development of the ContiTrade markets (incl. project planning, progress and budget monitoring, risk management, stakeholder management, methodical project support). Taking responsibility for administrative / operational support of B2C application operations including service level agreements, 2nd level support and technical communication. Monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs for B2C including weekly, monthly, yearly reports to key users and the ContiTrade management. Qualifications Academic degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT or a comparable qualification First professional experience in B2C / eCommerce / digital area Experience as Project Manager (waterfall and agile) Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken) German language skills (written and spoken) are a plus Good communication and teamwork skills Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
