You have a heart for aviation and keeping calm and overview in challenging situations and performing flawless work is one of your skills.

• High school diploma or completed commercial/technical vocational training
• Training as dispatcher/flight service advisor, pilot, air traffic controller or Bachelor's degree in aviation from a university of applied sciences (ZHAW)
• Experience in the airline sector, preferably in the areas of station and/or operations is an advantage
• Analytical and logical thinking skills, affinity for IT applications as a user in operations
• Willingness to work shifts and nights; pronounced flexibility
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Minimum age of 21 years
