High Speed Designer EMC (m/f/diverse) Apply now High Speed Designer EMC (m/f/diverse) Description As High Speed Design Engineer Lead, you are responsible for conception, design and Verification of High Speed digital interfaces for autonomous driving ECUs.Your experience in signal and power integrity (SI/ PI) enables you to define concept of complex control units? You have a deep understanding on high frequency design evaluation and simulation? Then look forward to the following tasks in your day-to-day business at our location in Ulm or Lindau. Central contact person regarding SI/PI for our ADAS projects Support of the hardware development regarding high speed design (concept, stackup definition, layout review, simulation) Coordination of the different work packages regarding high speed simulations and measurement verification Prioritize, handover and assign the tasks to, and steer several simulations and measurement specialists Evaluation of the results and implementation in the product Evaluation and implementation of customer and interface requirements to the respective series projects Create specifications and support the project team with customer and supplier communication Reporting and documentation of the assigned tasks towards the project team Support with problem analysis regarding high speed design in the projects, as well as initiation of improvement measures Cross-divisional collaboration and knowledge sharing with experts in Continental EMC networks Qualifications Academic degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in the design of high frequency circuits (e.g. LPDDR4) Detailed knowledge in the analysis of circuit diagrams, layout and parameters of electronic components required Evaluation experience of simulations (for example SI, PI, Spice) Very good experience with simulation software (ADS, CST) Good German and English language skills, written and spoken Very good communication skills and technical coordination abilty in a matrix organisation Ability to analyze technical problems and to propose and present solutions Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
