PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES As part of the global Human Resources Delivery Organization Local HR Services Germany is responsible for a wide range of administrative Human Resources services for more than 20.000 employees in Germany. We resolve employee and manager requests, consult them, and carry out operational HR administration across the employee life cycle (e. g. contractual changes, references, consultation for maternity and parental leave, support of the termination process). The Local HR Services team works closely with all the pillars within the HR organization to resolve queries and requests. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Handle and take responsibility for processes and questions relating to personnel administration (e.g. supplements to employment contracts, certificates, references) Answer queries of employees and managers via HR ticket, E-mail, or phone Act as partner and e.g. provide administrative support for HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, managers and employees Deliver Onboarding Sessions for new hires face to face or if needed also virtually Participate in international /local HR projects or migrations Loop back to manager risks, issues and decision needs Cooperate with other team members share knowledge on topics that are either a current specialist topic or require learning, act as a coach Seek feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improvement Build relationships with other HR Global Service Delivery teams, CoEs, HRBPs, and other departments to facilitate the support for processes that the team supports. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Business Degree Professional communication and presentation skills Ability to consult different stakeholders in critical situations, highly customer oriented Quality driven, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to plan and organize work, attention to detail Work well on own initiative and independently without supervision, must be self-driven and highly motivated Ability to work with confidential information, high standards of reliability and integrity Good knowledge of HR processes Pleasant, confident manner on the phone and in person Ability to keep a clear head when things get hectic Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and knowledge of SAP® ERP HCM application Native speaker level in German is a must, fluent English language skills spoken and written WORK EXPERIENCE 1,5 - 2 years of work experience Customer service experience Project Management Experience (Cross) HR experience is beneficial Work experience in or with HR Shared Services environment is beneficial WHAT YOU GET FROM US Success is what you make it.
