HR Specialist

As an HR Specialist,you’ll manage employee relations, benefits and compliance,support HR projects, and ensure accurate time and absence tracking. You'll handle reporting,maintaining data in SuccessFactors, support duty travel and employment documents,and communicate with staff and external partners.

• Provide daily HR support, manage employee files, handle HR inquiries, and assist with projects (e.g., Employer Branding, Job Fairs)
• Onboard new hires and ensure proper training and information
• Administer employee benefits and manage compensation schedules
• Oversee time, attendance, and absences (overtime, hour bank, holidays, sick leave)
• Ensure timely and accurate Time and Attendance data entry
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on working time and Hour Bank
• Maintain and update employee data in SuccessFactors
• Prepare labour contracts, annexes, and termination documents
• Coordinate business trip processes
• Support payroll by processing and calculating overtime, night hours, and other payments
