Internship Corporate Influencer for Agile Goal Setting

Your Profile:

• You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program with a focus on Communication Science, Social Sciences, Business or Economics
• You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
• Outstanding command of both written and verbal communication in English, German is valued but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effective messaging and structure content.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Strong ability to understand and apply methodologies and frameworks.
• Interest in Performance management and strategy execution frameworks
