For the Human Relations (HR) ContiTrade department we are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) for a period up-to six months starting as soon as possible. During the internship, you will gain insights into various fields of HR such as learning & training, organizational development, talent management as well as other HR operations like HR analytics, HR diagnostics (development / assessment centers etc).Your tasks will include:Support in the area of talent management (e.g., overall talent management cycle incl. performance management, talent review sessions, employee satisfaction surveys and many more). Learning management: To support the conceptualization, implementation and tracking of central training / learning modules for all countries within Europe market. In addition, you would get opportunities to bring in your ideas to improve / enhance the various important elements within training infrastructure (like nomination process & forms, training effectiveness etc.). Organizational development: You get an opportunity to be part of the organizational restructuring of our critical functions. We would expect from you not only operational support but also fresh ideas on various parts of change management process. HR diagnostics: Support in preparation and implementation of assessment centers and development centers across management levels. We would like to create a toolbox and you will have complete ‘freedom to act’ on this topic.Within diagnostics, you will also get exposure into fluctuation management – by supporting the entire process. International working exposure – we like to work closely with the countries (markets) and hence for all the tasks allocated to you, we expect you to also work in the same style. Work in a hybrid working style based on government regulations & our own organizational requirements related to Covid19. Remote working is a possibility, hence working with collaborative software like MS Teams would be a very important. Qualifications Student (m/f/diverse) in the field of business administration, business psychology, human resources management, social / communication sciences, or a comparable field of study You are able to confidently handle MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Working in collaborative software / tool MS Teams is important – hence you should be able to handle these tools You have a very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
