SUMMARY & ROLE INFORMATION Maintain and secure privilege access systems and client related to global PAW (Privileged Access Workstation) operation management. As a member of a Global team, you will be working closely with a team of experts, covering endpoint security aspect of the business services. The technology areas covered will include (but not limited to) Azure AD, Endpoint Manager (AV, ATP, Intune and Patch Mgmt.) and Sentinel In this position you: Provide 3rd level support for all the PAW relevant security technology, responsible for supporting and maintaining the infrastructure alongside a global team. E.g. Operation call/ticket and support for APJ, EMEA and AMER, provide technical consultation on a 3rd level capacity, roordination with stakeholders and other service dependencies and Reporting and event analysis Responsible for drafting support and process documentations following ITIL framework. End user and support training session (remote or onsite) in a regular basis. Support Service Governance including Service Reviews, Service Audits, Risk Management and Security Concept Maintenance Consult Service Owner on Architectural topics Break down Business Processes into technical processes/procedures EXPERIENCE / ROLE REQUIREMENTS 6+ years of progressive security industry experience in a production environment. Solid understanding of various operating systems with emphasis on securing privilege access and data protection. Knowledge and experience required of ITIL v4, Agile Methodologies, Architectural Design and Business Process Modeling Experience in fostering and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and business partners Excellent knowledge of English and German (written and verbal) and strong presentation skills Team player and strong ability to work with globally diverse virtual team #SAPSecurityCareersPE WHAT YOU GET FROM US Success is what you make it.
