WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our team provides digital solutions to our department, to keep a modern and efficient approach regarding our stakeholder management. As a low code developer, you are instrumental in efficiently developing sustainable low-code solutions.

• You work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• You play a key role in shaping and managing our data architecture for the department, ensuring seamless integration, and developing scalable solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Promoting constructive exchange and collaboration within the team, the department and the relevant digitalization community, while also focusing on new perspectives, is an integral part of your job.
• You have responsibilities as a System Administrator for developed systems including bug fixes and feature requests. This also includes the creation of documentation, ongoing technical support and continuous development.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• master’s degree in chemistry, biology, information systems, computer science or related field ideally with experience in software development or automation
• strong knowledge of relational databases and cloud-based data storage solutions and a solid understanding of data security and governance best practices; experience in Data Engineering is beneficial
• hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable data models and solutions with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• experience as IT Product Manager/Owner in an AGILE team is highly desired
• ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus

WHAT WE OFFER

• location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany
• gross annual salary (full-time): 48.000 - 52.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience, 58.000 - 62.000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualifications
