YOUR FUTURE ROLE The Presales Senior Specialist/Expert (f/m/d) for the Middle and Eastern Europe Digital Hub supports the Market Units for higher sales productivity based on volume business solution evaluation and deal support service. In this role, you scale through application of digital techniques and scalability of partners to drive business in the Midmarket customer segment . As a member of the MEE Digital Hub you support the team with your expertise. You are strong in telling the Intelligent Enterprise, Cloud ERP and the adoption of the new RISE with SAP value proposition . You are able to build trusted relationships with the customer as well as with your colleagues in the virtual account team organizations and the SAP ecosystem. Responsibilities include also the following: Analyze and validate the client's business and IT requirements integrated in a first pitch. Articulate SAP´s competitive advantage to customers and prospects. Engage with sales and partners to provide advanced-level technical support to complex sales presentations and product demonstrations. Identify business value through business process intelligence and value management. Drive digital transformation across company borders by positioning the value of business networks Scale SAP and Partner´s capabilities by leveraging immersive customer experience innovations Responsible for highly visible presales and post-sales support of company products and systems. Provide answers to customer/SAP and Partner team inquiries concerning advanced solution topics focusing on driving customer success and business outcomes. Orchestrate and run workshops using techniques like design thinking. Engages with Line of Businesses and Partners to drive closed-loop Intelligent Enterprise value propositions Drive consistency and deliver virtual and digital experiences in close collaboration with partners. YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science. 5+ years professional working experience in Presales, Consulting and/or Value Engineering. Functional process knowledge in S/4HANA (Scope of Enterprise Management / ERP Core) plus one major LoB, preferably Supply Chain or Finance. Experience in SAP S/4HANA Implementations and corresponding project programs. Broad knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio and the ability to cover discussions and provide a point of view across the SAP portfolio. Knowledge of multiple Industries with specific solutions insights and perspective to our customers. Experienced in delivering convincing customer presentations and Cloud ERP presentations. Understanding of SAP, its products and solutions, partners, markets and competition. Experience in identifying customer needs as well as experience in sales and sales processes. Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory. ABOUT THE TEAM The Midmarket and Partner Business Organization is responsible for the business expansion of SAP in the Midmarket segment .
