Your workplace can be at different locations worldwide.In this area we are working on central engineering topics.Your tasks will focus on the following activities:Defining software and system architectures for next generation computer vision and artificial intelligence based solutions in the advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous mobility domain Driving the architecture on solution level covering multiple agile release trains incrementally and allocation of responsibilities to subsystems Ensuring of consistency across product lines on top of the basic solution architect role Providing guidelines for agile release trains to be able to follow and respect architectural decisions of the solution Acting as technical leader and teaching, mentoring and helping of agile release trains to improve effectiveness Performing of continuous architectural frontloading of an increment on solution level Specifying of architectural capability enablers and getting them ready for the agile release trains for further breakdown and implementation Qualifications Degree in computer science or similar field of study Many years acting in a technical or functional leadership role, e.g., solution train architect, senior / principal engineer (all m/f/diverse), or line management in a similar role in the respective domain / area Cross-domain experience (e.g., working for software platform and radar detection software) Deep professional experienced in a leading role defining software architecture from scratch in at least three solutions or comparable (e.g., in new product) Excellent knowledge of software and system architecture processes, methods and tools Very good English language skills written and spoken, German language skills are desirable Experienced in working in intercultural teams, international experience is recommended Strong organization and communication skills Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
