Process Engineering Leader Apply now Process Engineering Leader Description AS A PROCESS ENGINEERING LEADER, YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE: Direct, day-to-day organization, management and control of the process engineers daily work (8-10 people); Ensuring the production capacity of existing and new production lines based on customer needs; Support, optimization and development of production processes; Layout and capacity planning in connection with the production of existing and new products; Support of NPI processes: active participation in the selection of the production concept, design of new lines, installation, industrialization and validation of the lines; Pre- and final acceptance of machines, technical control of sample production, start-up of production and transfer to serial production; Implementation of efficiency-enhancing projects; Management and coordination of actions aimed at eliminating production outages, scraps, downtimes and technical problems with the help of process engineers; Follow-up of daily reports and statements, supervision and presentation of engineering actions; Providing information on promotions related to the performance and development of production processes; Up-to-dateness of the documents belonging to the field provision.
