Join Amazon's EU Workforce Staffing team as a Program Manager to drive transformational change across our European operations. As a Program Manager in our EU WFS Hiring Strategy team, you'll collaborate with Operations and Finance leaders across multiple countries to evaluate our hiring landscape and drive innovative solutions. Key job responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Strategy
- Drive financial modeling and scenario planning to evaluate transformation initiatives across EU countries
- Create and maintain business cases to assess risk-cost trade-offs incorporating labor costs, capacity planning impacts, and ROI analysis
- Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes, incorporating regional variations and market dynamics
Program Development & Execution
- Design and implement standardized financial frameworks and metrics to evaluate hiring processes across EU markets
- Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis and process evaluation
- Track and measure program performance against key financial and operational metrics
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Partner with Operations, Capacity Planning and Finance leaders to drive data-driven decision making
- Present complex financial analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
- Develop clear, actionable insights from financial and operational data
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across EU countries and business lines.
Risk Management & Process Improvement
- Develop mitigation strategies for identified risks, considering cost implications and operational impact
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial planning and reporting processes
- Design scalable solutions that can be implemented across multiple regions

- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
