Your responsibilities:
Overall project management for customer orders
Development of project schedules
Responsibility for project success (costs, payments, deadlines and quality), as well as control and coordination of the project team and all interfaces
Technical and commercial order clarification
Commercial controlling of the project, deadline tracking and project reporting
Change and claim management
Evaluation of opportunities and risks based on the project risk assessment (PRIA)
Coordination of escalation management; resolution of conflicts
Execution of project reviews and exchange of experience with stakeholders
Preparation of the construction site phase as well as site control in close cooperation with the site manager
Project control until defect-free handover to customer and after sales service
Your profile:
Preferably combined technical and commercial education (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering/brewing and business administration or comparable)
Several years of professional experience and good knowledge of project management methods and/or technical sales desirable
Practical experience as project manager for projects in mechanical and plant engineering, preferably in the food/beverage industry
Knowledge of contract law
User knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project)
Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage
Goal-oriented and structured way of working plus ability to work in a team, assertiveness and adequate manners
Confident, efficient time management and flexible work assignment according to project requirements
