• University degree, preferably in (Industrial) Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent
• Sound knowledge of business fundamentals & relationships (contracts, aviation law & aviation engineering principles)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in the sales of technical products with customer interface, preferably in the field of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Knowledge of an Asian language or German is advantageous
• High degree of intercultural competency and strong understanding of Asian cultures
• Excellent customer service skills with customer-oriented attitude
• Strong ability to build close relationships with customers
• Excellent solving problems skills
• Ability and self-driven motivation to adapt and solve complex challenges
• Able to travel to Germany and extensively within the Americas
• Must posses a work permit in the U.S.
