Our sales team is responsible for the EMEA region and distributes the following products: belts, components and kits.Your tasks will focus on the following activities:Sales Operations:Supporting sales to create profitable business in the market of the assigned business region Supporting sales to achieve budget and other planned financial and non-financial KPI's Central contact person for administrative sales tasks internally and externally, e.g. bonus payments, price and discount requests, product- and logistic data as well as product and marketing requests Creation of customer reportings Coordinating and implementating of sales supporting activities Organization of customer events Responsibility for customer master data, prices and condition data administration Calculating and preparing credit notes for bonus, prices, penalties and commission payments Coordination between customers, customer logistics and sales Supporting close customer relation management within boundaries set by compliance CRM Key User Power Transmission Group:Supporting further establishment and development of the ContiTech CRM (Salesforce) within Business Area Power Transmission Group Concepting and executing CRM Trainings for end-users Representating the Business Area Power Transmission Group in global ContiTech CRM projects and towards Salesforce IT Team Central point of contact for end-user requests, improvement ideas and troubleshooting Establishing standardized CRM processes while interacting with sales, sales related departments and management Qualifications Completed administrational apprenticeship degree, academic degree in business administration or comparable qualification First working experience in sales desirable Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) desirable Very good handling with MS Office software Knowledge in the area of SAP SD desirable Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken) Ability to work effectively in a global organization supporting business and regions Affinity and interest in sales digitalization and technical applications Strong presentation and communication skills as well as customer orientation Motivation and commitment to support change processes Organizational, teamwork and problem-solving skills Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
