Our Team
At Porsche, the Sales department is responsible for regional management of our importers, supporting them with business plans, limited edition allocations, individualization management, marketing and strategy implementation, with a focus on driving revenue of new cars, pre-owned cars and corporate sales. We also have a strong focus on sales planning, forecasting and reporting to manage supply and demand for our vehicles across the region.


What to expect?
  • You gain insights into the daily operations of the Sales Department.
  • You oversee various team activities, including sales planning for importers, performance reporting, sales forecasting, market evaluations, competition analysis, fleet management, order management, and product allocation.
  • You provide personal assistance to the Sales leadership team, supporting them on strategic topics.
  • You support in creating presentations for business reviews and management meetings.
  • You build presentations and handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.
  • You coordinate department meetings, workshops, conferences, and events.
  • You occasionally support front office operations by covering the HQ reception desk as part of your internship.

What sets you apart?
  • You have a passion for cars and a strong interest in the Porsche brand.
  • You have a background in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
  • You have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • You have advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
  • You have strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
  • You are outgoing, proactive, and confident in engaging with others.
  • You have the ability to quickly grasp new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • You have an independent work style and strong self-management skills.
  • You are available for a 6-month internship period (23 February 2026 - 28 August 2026).
