The ultimate objective of a Customer Engagement Executive (CEE) (f/m/d) is increase retention of SAP CX Cloud customers through successful usage and value generation. CEEs (f/m/d) are unique orchestrators of customers’ solution adoption process, bringing together various experts to work through customer’s challenges. CEEs (f/m/d) serve as customer’s advocates inside SAP and work in various regions and industries, with multiple CX products, hence they encourage user communities for collaboration and know-how exchange. Through high-class customer service and state-of-the-art adoption activities, deliver the CEEs (f/m/d) sustainable and continuous long-term revenue for SAP. They work in close collaboration with various SAP teams to make sure that SAP portfolio meets the needs of the customer. A Customer Engagement Executive (f/m/d) helps customers reach their business goals by connecting key stakeholders with relevant SAP success resources in order to help drive digital transformation. Be the key contact for a Customer within Customer Experience group of solutions; set, drive and enrich the relationship with the key stakeholders. Be the owner of all relevant commercial deliverables, such as renewals, adoption rates, expansion, references etc. Orchestrate SAP resources in order to drive success of Customers Digital YOUR PROFILE High customer success focus & ability to build deep executive relationships Understanding of business models, strategies and processes within Marketing, Sales, Service, E-Commerce and IT Significant experience in business software Experience in Consumer Goods Industry, Retail Industry or Wholesale Industry Experience working in and around cloud software solutions and cloud delivery models along with deep understanding of cloud readiness, characteristics, challenges and benefits Proven ability to operate in complex organizations, de-escalate and apply risk-mitigation strategies to customer situations Broad understanding of SAP solutions portfolio and the business processes they enable with deep expertise in assigned buying center and its underlying LoBs.
