When you join our team, you will:

Support upcoming S/4 HANA transition and SuccessFactors implementation
Provide 2nd/3rd Level Support for SAP ECC 6.0 with main area of support SAP HCM and Authorization
Take care for Incident and Problem management
Coordination between business users, stakeholders and Service Provider(s)
Participate in projects and change management activities
Manage system maintenance downtimes, coordinate end user testing and deployments of enhancements and service packs on central level
Manage and update respective documentation

You match our need, if you have:

Very good analytical, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Experience with SAP integration and related enterprise services;
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken);
Basic Project Management experience;
Experience with LSMW and Queries;
3 + years SAP experience in respective module;

Considered as an advantage:

SAP HCM full life-cycle implementation and support;
Experience with S/4 HANA, SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori Apps;
Experience with ticketing systems (OTRS, JIRA etc);
Basic knowledge in ABAP coding.
