Service Specialist – Operational Service Desk Business Aviation (f/m/d) Dahlewitz Vollzeit JR6088687 Stellenbeschreibung An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Specialist – Operational Service Desk Business Aviation (f/m/d) to join Rolls-Royce Deutschland in Dahlewitz near Berlin. Key Accountabilities: Day to day interface to Service Manager – Operational Service Desk (OSD) for all OSD related items in service delivery to customers and service partners (OEM, Service Centers, Operators). Coordination of assigned tasks relevant for AOG service restoration process, e.g. technical, logistical and manpower solutions. Provide On-Call support for ongoing AOG events. Deliver the service quoting and invoicing process for selected RR AOG services. Support Spares order administration and ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers including follow up of logistic flow. Ensure flawless, on-time and effective communication flow to customers (OEM, Service Centers, Operators). Main focal point for OSD tool administration. Actively support lessons learnt review meetings, Service Delivery Failure (SDF) investigations and implement assigned corrective actions . Pro-actively identify and consolidate supply chain, forecasting and stock management risks and work closely together with relevant entities in solving potential spares availability issues. Support development of capabilities, process and tools to implement and meet LEAN standards. Support implementation of risk management and administer risk register. Qualifications and Skills: Aerospace or Business related degree or equivalent. Experience in service delivery, product and Aftermarket support. Direct customer knowledge/experience and SAP knowledge of advantage. Able to work under pressure and able to manage/priorities workload. Drive and attitude to deliver under challenging circumstances as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Very good English skills.
