Software Architect (M/F) Apply now Software Architect (M/F) Description At Holistic Engineering and Technologies SW Platform department provides innovative software solutions as base for our automotive car maker customer products. In the context of a high-Performance Platform, you will join an Agile team to develop and integrate software modules that will compose the operating system of the project.  As a Software Architect, you:  - Have a strong technical knowledge to support complex technical discussions  - Are responsible to anticipate and structure the technical choices for a more efficient integration of the future developments - Identify and fill the backlog with technical enablers that contribute to the development planning - By coaching and sharing your knowledge, have a strong capability to support technically the development team to improve - Have the capability to check the consistency between the customer needs, the strategic objectives and the proposed technical solutions Can rank the development activities and define a development strategy to optimize execution Can identify technical dependencies and bring this information during planning phase Can identify the risks, share and follow them Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to validate the technical feasibility of the roadmap Collaborate with the Release Train Architects and other SW Architects to ensure a good overall technical consistency Contribute to technical choices to facilitate simple and efficient emerging designs that will make our products easy to maintain, with a good quality and safe Participate in Program Increment Planning Event  Participate in Pre- and Post-Program Increment Planning  Participate in the System Demos and Inspect & Adapt Workshops. Provide feedback for improvements  Build an effective team with the Product Owner, the Scrum Master and the developers  Support the teams with your product knowledge Support our customers and projects with your knowledge of our products Are the interface for our customers and stakeholders when it comes to technical support Qualifications Profile :  Diploma (s): Master degree in automation, computer science or electronics.  Experience: You have proven experience (10 years minimum) in the development of embedded software, ideally in the automotive context, with a successful experience using agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.  Knowledges :  Linux BSP and user space expertise:  Significant experiences in Linux kernel space development (NXP Cortex M & A5X etc)  Development of middleware applications in Linux user space environment  Ability to support complicated hardware development (ethernet, eMMC, USB, external memory etc.)  Working knowledge with open-source Linux development process  Working knowledge of in-vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, etc) and Vector CANoe  Unit Testing experience with GoogleTest and GoogleMock.  General knowledge and experience on build environment:  Yocto, Buildroot, Makefile, and CMake  Cybersecurity: A strong expertise in the SW security domain will be highly appreciated Tools & Processes:  Experience with analysis and debugging tools i.e.: Oscilloscope, Lauterbach, GDB, etc...  Significant experience with engineering processes: SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe.  Experience with engineering tools: Gerrit, git, JIRA, Confluence.  Experience creating software architecture models with Rhapsody.  Experience redacting software requirements with Doors.  Knowledge of automotive processes: ASPICE, ISO26262  You have good synthesis skills and good writing skills for writing Features and Epics.  Fluent English required.
