Software Engineer for Virtual Test Methods (m/f/diverse) Apply now Software Engineer for Virtual Test Methods (m/f/diverse) Description We are looking for you to support our area Autonomous Mobility at the location Frankfurt.Your tasks will focus on the following activities:Development and improvement of virtual test methods with strong point to vehicle systems simulation Designing of test cases and implementation to the simulation tools e.g. IPG CarMaker Development and integration of test tools to the automated CI/CT platform Online management and maintenance of an edge computing cluster with Ansible Programming of automated data analysis software with Python Self-reliant cooperation in the agile simulation expert team Qualifications Degree in engineering, computer science, physics or an equivalent field of study Several years of experience in Software development Very good programming skills in C++ and/or Python Experience in Software Testing, ideally certified ISTQB Tester Experienced in CI/T tools like Jenkins, Github, Ansible etc. Deep understanding of autonomous driving systems and their development is a plus Experience in automotive SW-development processes and tools e.g. IPG CarMaker are beneficial Fluent in verbal and written English Strong willingness to learn and high ability to self-organize Very good teamwork and communication skills Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
