The position can be filled at the Regensburg, Frankfurt or Babenhausen locations. Your tasks as "Software Qualitätsmanager in Projekten (m/w/divers)" include the following activities:Establish and coordinate discipline quality assurance planning at project, including effort estimations Check and support the projects defined process (tailored from the standard process) for the compliance towards quality-related processes, of the customer and internal process requirements Check for process compliance within a discipline (sub-)project by offline work product spot checks (WPS), infrastructure checks (ISC) and conducting process deployment assessments (PDA) in the role as PDA assessor (m/f/diverse) Identify gaps and non-compliance issues, drive the definition of improvement actions and track implementation to closure Escalate in case of quality related missed targets, major deviations, and risks, which have not been mitigated (e.g., KPI, closure of actions) Report quality status according stakeholder requirements Participate in all relevant discipline project meetings Participate in reviews of major, discipline related work products of the project (e.g., planning documents), Coach the project team in process and method application Define, initiate, and moderate analysis of defects for sustainable removal of development process related root causes Software: Check release content and assess the project maturity based on the project plan and the milestones System, hardware, or mechanic: Evaluate and assess the project maturity based on the project plan and the milestones Qualifications Academic degree in engineering or comparable qualification Several years of active experience in a comparable field of engineering and project management Experience in discipline development Advanced knowledge of standard discipline development process of the organization Basic knowledge in software, electronic, and mechanical development Expert/advanced knowledge in quality management: planning, reporting, escalation, issue tracking Knowledge of Q methods and tools: Constructive methods: process standards, architecture, design guideline Knowledge of automotive SPICE®, intacs HWE PAM, or intacs ME PAM Knowledge in IATF16949 Knowledge and understanding of product integrity, product liability (this includes functional safety, security, and open source) Knowledge of international and customer standards Understanding of the applied technology (used in product and tool chain) Analytical methods: Review methods, metrics, statistical methods, testing methods, structured problem-solving methodologies, auditing, assessment etc. Software discipline specific: coding rules, CERT C, Metric Tools, MISRA checker, static and dynamic code checker etc. Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken) Soft skills to coach, motivate, moderate, and convince Are you looking for an individual working time model?
