Spare Parts Coordinator (m/f/diverse) Apply now Spare Parts Coordinator (m/f/diverse) Description As Spare Parts Coordinator (m/f/diverse) CLC Hanover-Stöcken you are responsible to manage all plant activities regarding spare parts for all systems and machines in the plant to reduce down-times by increasing the availability of all required components. Furthermore, the following tasks belong to your area of responsibility: Responsibility for stock management of CLC spare parts in the plant including supporting the sourcing processes and delivery tracking / supplier management. Ability to enlarge the responsibilities to further areas in Hanover-Stöcken outside of the CLC plant Steering and optimization of costs together with the maintenance teams and Hanover-Stöcken purchasing department Responsibility to organize or create all technical drawings for tender and sourcing process of spare parts Interaction with other plants and functions at the location to share experiences and introduce improvements Qualifications Academic degree in engineering or mechanics studies, business studies or related fields with main focus on engineering and maintenance or professional degree with several years of work experience in the related field First experiences in engineering and maintenance processes and inventory control Deep knowledge in and experiences with MS Office programs (particular Excel), experiences with SAP and SAP BI (Business Warehouse) Preferably experiences in maintenance systems used at Continental (e.g., PUMA) Preferably CAD knowledge Fluent in written and spoken German and English Strong internal customer orientation and quality awareness High decision-making ability, self-determination, passion and commitment, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills as well as ability to work in a high motivated team with clear goals Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
