Divisional Medical & Scientific Affairs supports the overall Group vision of innovation and growth through the discovery and development of medically differentiated products. These products, the core of our medical value strategy, differentiate us from our competitors and optimally address the needs of patients and physicians leading to an improved health outcome. We ensure within the next decade that critical healthcare decisions for the most burdensome diseases are made through our diagnostic solutions, thereby improving people’s lives. We steer the identification and execution of integrated medical solutions to secure competitive immunity with our portfolio. This internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable work experience by supporting the preparation of scientific material for a Roche-internal congress.
- Responsibility for the formatting/layout creation of interactive Powerpoint files
- Cross-check the content, grammar and language as well as functionality of submitted electronic files and work together with an Asia-based company
- Act as a mediator between the authors, Roche and the design company
- Make sure that electronic posters are created according to the provided template to ensure homogeneity of the layout, text lengths and functionality of hyperlinks

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master‘s degree within Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Economics or related fields
- Good understanding of medical and life science field is helpful
- Proficiency in MS Excel Word and Powerpoint. Knowledge in creating hyperlinks is a plus
- Customer service focused attitude and ability to think outside the box
- Flexible working hours required due to stakeholders based in Asian time zones
- Fluent in English
