In this role, you're in charge of the following tasks: Ensuring the supplier quality for electronic components in the launch and series phase Requesting, coordinating and verifying containment- and corrective measures as part of complaint management in case of quality deviations Driving the escalation process, including communication with internal and external stakeholder Planning and implementation of supplier meetings and on-site visits Tracking and support of change management for purchased parts Initiation and implementation of improvement programs at the suppliers in coordination with the central functions Monitoring the quality performance of the respective suppliers and deriving measures Representation of supplier issues in the respective internal and external committees. Conducting process audits according to VDA6.3 at the respective suppliers Qualifications Academic degree (electrical engineering, physics, chemistry or comparable) or technician in electronics Several years of professional experience in quality management Knowledge in the field of manufacturing and analysis of passive components and semiconductors (frontend, backend, testing, analysis methods, chemical processes) Good handling with MS Office Very good English language skills written and spoken, German skills desirable Very good communication skills Confident appearance Structured, analytical way of working Willingness to travel (up to 20% of the annual working time) Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
