UI Software Architect for MBUX (f/m/x) Juli 2022 Mercedes-Benz AG UI Software Architect for MBUX (f/m/x) Aufgaben Our mission: We have a passion for great user experience: # We are developing cutting edge UX/UI software for Mercedes-Benz infotainment platform (MBUX). # We focus on agile development of user interface software and frameworks to reach highest performance and a truly unique customer experience. # We drive connected car innovations by evaluating and implementing latest software technologies and agile development methods. # We develop the UIKit (core of our user interface software) in-house and team-up with technology partners to integrate their solutions. # We are in charge of the full UX/UI software development life-cycle and interface with internal and external development partners. # We are looking for software architects or strong software engineers that have a passion for embedded software solutions preferably in automotive industry.Your tasks: Create, collect and clarify architectural requirements with internal and external stakeholders Break down the requirements into software features Design a high-level architectural solution with sufficient detail to be implemented Deliver detailed architectural blueprints and mentor development teams and tech leads Support development of software architecture, define clear acceptance criteria, and validate requirements as part of the QA process Analyze and improve the development processes, as well as plan, monitor and report on ASPICE compliant quality gaps Qualifikationen What you bring to the table: University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification Minimum 3 years of experience in software development in a similar role Experience in developing and integrating software components in a general purpose language (C/C++) Experience working in agile software frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS Experience in applying international software standards such as CMMI, Automotive SPICE, or automotive cybersecurity standards is a plus Business-fluent English, German is a plus Additional information: It is a permanent position.
