We shape BASF's future by defining the strategic framework. As part of the Corporate Center, we support our Board of Executive Directors in all portfolio and resource allocation decisions. We develop strategies, identify risks and opportunities and analyze trends in sustainability and technology. Together with the operating divisions, we develop strategies for the business and support their implementation.
The Corporate Sustainability division manages the integration of sustainability into BASF's core business activities and strategic decision-making processes. The Carbon Steering Group is therefore looking for committed working students with a focus on sustainability within Corporate Sustainability for 4-6 months.
- As part of your responsibilities, you will be particularly supportive of CO2 accounting activities, such as the calculation and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions at product and company level.
- You will also work with us to integrate sustainability into global strategy and decision-making processes.
- ongoing studies in chemistry, natural sciences, or a comparable course of studies
- great interest in corporate strategic work and sustainability topics, ideally first practical experience
- lifecycle assessment knowledge is an advantage
- safe handling of MS Office applications as well as IT affinity
- very good knowledge of German and English
- independent way of working as well as strategic skills
