As a member of the ID&A Strategy & Operations team, you will serve the following target groups: the head of ID&A, the COO of ID&A, the direct reports of the head of ID&A, all members of ID&A as well as our internal customers and external customers. It is the team's mission to improve efficiency within ID&A, to reach the next maturity level, to provide professional services to enable the respective groups to execute the ID&A strategy.THE ROLE SAP's internal Data and Analytics department (Intelligent Data & Analytics) is looking for support for the Strategy & Operations area under the COO for the following activities: Program Management – Support: Supporting activities related to execution of the key Programs / Projects at ID&A Facilitating the discussions by summarizing the key decisions/agreements Prepare meeting plans and aligning with the Stakeholders Bringing the content together in documents/presentation slides and facilitating ID&A. Support Financial Management: Closely supporting the responsibilities for the Financial Management of ID&A Support in RFP processes Carrying out the entries in various SAP systems – enabling a learning experience on SAP’s technologies ROLE REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled as student at a university or a university of applied sciences Working experience in a Team Strong and proven Analytical skills Ability to effectively communicate (with Executives) +1 year of SAP experience is a plus Very good experience in using MS Teams, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Knowledge of SAP JAM and MS SharePoint is a plus Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
