ABOUT THE TEAM SAP’s Industry GTM Events & Enablement Team supports a portfolio of large-scale business conferences and organizes Industry Advisory Councils on a global basis which engage customers and potential customers in meaningful dialogue and provide a forum for the exchange of information on new technologies, innovative business strategies, and industry trends to further SAP’s corporate objectives. In order to improve both customer experience and Return of Investment, the team measures these activities by a set of metrics involving sales data and measurement of customer satisfaction THE ROLE You will work in a team of senior business professionals with expertise in marketing research methodology as well as conference management and reporting. You will work and communicate with SAP colleagues based in several international locations. Tasks will be: Survey design for Customer Advisory Councils and support of survey design for industry events using Qualtrics Consolidation and preparation of data Creation of reports Cross-event analysis to analyze drivers of attendee satisfaction and financial outcome ROLE REQUIREMENTS Student at university or university of applied sciences (Master program preferred) Preferred field(s) of study: Social Sciences (e.g. Sociology, Social Geography, Psychology), Market Research, Hospitality/Tourism Sound experience in survey development (must), preferably with experience using survey software Sound experience in advanced (multivariate) statistics (must) Computer skills: expert level knowledge of at least one statistical analysis software (must) (e.g. SAP Predictive Analytics / IBM SPSS Statistics / SAS Stat / R / Python / Julia / Stata); preferably with SQL knowledge Language skills: very good verbal and written English (must), good communication skills in German (must) Soft skills: Self-motivation and proactive approach, strong analytical skills and a passion for data, creativity in addressing research questions Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
