ABOUT THE TEAM As COO Strategy Office we take care of several strategic approaches for the SAP Product Engineering Board Area. We are passionate, communicative, and strategic in our way of thinking. THE ROLE SAP reinvents how businesses run. With the Reinvent-Strategy the direction has been set. This includes different sub strategies like Product-, Finance and People-Strategy. Now comes the time to execute upon our strategy. In your role you will focus on two topics of the People Strategy: Cloud Culture and Re-/Upskilling for the future. The main target is to enable SAP´s People on our best way, so that they can contribute with success to the overall company strategy as well as taking care of their wellbeing on the way of transformation. You will be working on various topics, including but not limited to: Supporting strategic projects finding solutions and orchestrating execution Creating messages which convince our employees on our strategic direction and run a reporting which ensures we work on the most important parts Contributing with new ideas and creative, out of the box thinking, when developing suitable approaches to support the business units Depending on your interest, engagement and skillset, there are additional options for projects, which we can discuss once you are onboarded. ROLE REQUIREMENTS Student (f/m/d) at a university, preferably with a focus on SociaI Sciences, Communication, Business Administration or related fields Strong MS Office knowledge and experience Excellent project management and analytical skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management and networking skills Highly developed written and oral communication and presentation skills Be able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines Fluent in English; German preferred, but not required Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
