Working Student (m/w/d) Software Purchasing & Supplier Management

THIS IS WAITING FOR YOU

• You will research and support your team in various projects and topics related to purchasing and supplier management.
• You work on tenders, accompany us in negotiations with suppliers and prepare the results accordingly.
• You contribute to the collection, preparation and analysis of process-relevant data (KPIs) from our daily business.
• You create evaluations and presentations and use them to develop optimisation and decision-making bases.
• You are involved in the introduction of various purchasing-relevant tools and instruments.
• You support the optimisation of existing processes and the development and implementation of new processes.
• You assist in the daily business and in the processing of ad-hoc orders.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• You are enrolled in a business or economics (or comparable) degree programme, ideally with a focus on purchasing & logistics or supply & operations management.
• You have very good user skills in Microsoft Office.
  Initial practical experience and knowledge of an ERP system, e.g. SAP R/3, are an advantage.
• You also have a good command of English.
• You are a communicative team player with a structured and independent way of working.
