For the development of training courses and their provision online, we are looking for a committed and interested working student (m/f/diverse) for 20 hours per week and a maximum duration of 12 months to support the product owner from January 2023.Your Tasks:Take ownership and responsibility for system related training and communication activities: Support the FleetFox Product Owner to conceptualize a digital learning and communication strategy Identify requirements and level of knowledge of all relevant stakeholders across multi-national companies Create digital learning content for e-learning and web-based platforms Facilitate web-based and on-site training courses Support community and change management activities and events to establish high quality standards Qualifications Student (m/f/diverse) in the field of pedagogy, economics, business informatics or a comparable field of studies Knowledge in project and process management Basic knowledge of state-of-the art communication and knowledge management platforms Experience in developing (communication) concepts Experience with graphic and design tools like Adobe Photoshop is a big plus Experience in the fleet business as well as in the tire trade and car service is a big plus Experience in mobile work IT affinity especially for web and app applications Confident handling of the MS Office-programs Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken Strong communication skills Analytical and logical thinking skills Pro-active, self-motivated and structured way of working Willingness to travel (max. 20%) Please remember to upload your current matriculation certificate as well as your current grade table, as these are mandatory for processing your application.Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
