Corporate Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA) supports all BIOTRONIK’s innovative products globally by developing and executing strategies to obtain reimbursement, develop evidence, and demonstrate the value of our products.

Your tasks

• Analysis and monitoring of healthcare systems with regard to the evaluation and reimbursement of products and services
• Supporting the (further) development of existing and new products and services
• Identification and presentation of the clinical and economic benefits of our products and services
• Development and communication of appropriate argumentation and tools, especially for negotiations with non-clinical decision makers in hospitals
• Monitoring evidence for new and existing BIOTRONIK products and product features
• Maintenance of reimbursement information for BIOTRONIK key products and new technologies
• Support in projects related to market launches and marketing programs
• Development and implementation of training offers
• Analysis of product portfolio, therapies and market as specified
• Support and implementation of the digital transformation process in the respective application area

Your profile

• University degree in the field of health economics or similar
• Profound handling of MS-Office and other standard application programs
• Previous experience in a comparable function in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of health economics and international reimbursement systems
• Good communication skills
• Solution-oriented way of working
• Fluency in English
