    We are looking for people who are keen to try something new. Your role:
    • Carry the area sales manager responsibilities for part of the EMEA Distribution countries and all central charity organization projects within EMEA region
    • Be responsible of the ophthalmic diagnostic expert role within the EMEA Distribution Partners team
    • Responsible for all business strategies in the region, together with the head of distribution partners
    • Establish and implement an effective sales plan and systematic market expansion in the region
    • Responsible for the establishment, expansion and qualification of the distribution network
    • Analyze and define measures for promoting sales
    • Cultivate relations with distributors and clients, and help building a solid local KOLs network
    • Participate in the search for and selection of new dealers, and responsible of the annual dealers’ evaluation assessment
    • Cooperate with competent organizations and internal departments to facilitate the business in the region
    • Perform sales activities and negotiate sales prices and discounts in consultation with the head of distribution partners
    • Manage personnel and develop sales and sales support staff
    • Review progress of sales roles throughout the company
    • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
    • Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
    You have:
    • A university degree in business administration, marketing, economic, engineering or related fields
    • Several years of work experience in the medical equipmenets - ideally, within the ophthalmic field
    • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategy
    • Problem-solving and anlytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
    • Proven ability to motivate and drive business partners
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills
    • Eager to learn and knows how to handle business challenges
    • Fluent in Business English (German and/or French is preferable)
    • Willing to travel regionally and internationally up to 50% of the time
