    YOUR ROLE
    • Lead, coach and develop our Key Account team of 10 individuals in Germany, Austria, Switzerland
    • Develop and execute regional key account strategy (short-/mid and long term) aligned with the Industrials Strategic Business Unit strategy  
    • Deliver sales plans and improve pipeline of projects at international key accounts 
    • Optimize sales mix to achieve higher growth and margins
    • Develop sustainable and long-term relationships with industrial key accounts, negotiate and secure international key account contracts
    • Improve pipeline of projects at international key accounts
    • Steer joint innovation roadmap with customers and develop unique business model to gain competitive advantage and growth
    • Lead one key strategic initiative cross Europe
    • Drive and roll-out customer approvals and push upstream solution selling
    • Analyze financial KPIs and proactively steer key account business
    YOUR SKILLS
    • Bachelor or Master degree in Management, B2B Marketing, Sales or a related field
    • Several years of sales experience preferably in Electronics, Industry (Recreational Vehicles, Heavy Equipment, Cable, Wind Energy) or Industrial Distribution
    • Profound technical expertise in Adhesive bonding & sealing technologies, Electronic assembly and thermal management and equipment
    • Proven sales management, negotiation and business analysis skills
    • Experience in strategy development and implementation
    • Social selling and digital sales skills
    • Coaching experience
    • Fluency in English and German language
