    In this role, you lead a group within the department Product Technology Radar, with the mission-profile to develop, integrate and release high quality and cost efficient mmWave solutions. The mmWave solutions comprise antenna designs of the group antenna, MMIC solutions of the group mmWave IC, module design and lead engineering for the overall high frequency design of radar sensors.

    • Disciplinary and functional lead of the RF Modules Lead engineers
    • Responsibility for the RF Modules Lead engineers for the module design of the radar front ends
    • Ensure base development of components for RF frontend modules for Automotive Radar 77GHz
    • Provide architectures and standard BOM’s to support quotes, input for product roadmap
    • Release robust electronic solutions according to product requirements and to project timing
    • Ensure maturity along the development process for robust and cost-effective product launches, lifetime responsibility
    • Collaboration & alignment with other domains within the Product Line Radar
    • Collaboration with suppliers to meet critical design parameters
    • Academic degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification
    • Several years of professional experience in automotive product development
    • Experienced in automotive engineering, preferably in advanced driver assistance systems
    • Extensive experience in RF development
    • Management and leadership experience
    • Distinctive competencies in problem solving and in decision taking
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German language skills are beneficial
    • Strategic orientation, innovative capacity and high customer and quality orientation
    • Clear and open communication as well as intercultural sensitivity
