- Become a team member of our Innovation Customer Experience (CX) team and develop together with the team a best-in-class customer experience for our new Global Innovation Centers for Adhesive Technologies
- Support the CX content creation process with content planning, content production and creation of a long-term content roadmap
- Assist with the creation of a CX activation concept and its implementation
- Facilitate customer visits in our CX pilot and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from different businesses and coordinate with external agency partners
- Assist in ad-hoc CX program requests
