The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.YOUR PROFILE EXPERTISE. You already have experience in the field of customer care or would like to start your professional life and develop professionally LANGUAGE. You are fluent in at least two of the following languages: Hungarian, Finnish or German. CUSTOMER SKILLS. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters with strong phone contact handling skills, active listening and excellent communication skills. TEAM SPIRIT.
