We are looking for a Recruiting Lead to help redefine the way we recruit as we move into the next level of LucaNet. You have successfully completed your studies or have a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience in the field of talent acquisition and have already become familiar with all processes of the entire recruiting cycle, ideally in Tech-Recruiting. You gained experience in a leading role and have already worked in a KPI oriented environment where you were in charge of all reportings and dashboards. Experience in variety of HR-functions to build on as well as create candidate experiences that align with our values and mission. You are a true 'people person', have strong communication and networking skills and convince talent to join us, ideally you have already gained experience with tech positions. You have a growth mindset - you're willing to move things forward and go the extra mile together with your team. You have a high level of organizational talent, service orientation and adaptability and are familiar with relevant programs and tools (e.g. MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems). As a recruiting expert you and your team will ensure that all open vacancies are filled on time. You will support and represent our Head of HR & Legal and be a competent contact person to the board and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, HR-Business Partner, Department Heads etc.) You facilitate and lead initiatives and projects with recruiting team, stakeholders and hiring partners. This includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration, date based decisions and matching those data points. With creativity and a good dose of pragmatism, you define short- to long-term recruiting measures in order to continuously optimize all recruiting processes, especially with regard to our candidate experience. Using relevant KPIs for an effective recruiting strategy is just as much your thing as being involved in our People and Culture projects. Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary. You have the opportunity to work from home several days a week in coordination with your team- the technical requirements for this are in place from day one.
