Project Manager (f/m/d) München Vollzeit JR6085143 Stellenbeschreibung An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager (f/m/d) to join Rolls-Royce Electrical in Munich. Rolls-Royce Electrical (RRE) is responsible for developing world class electrical technologies and products, as well as the associated integrated power generation and propulsion turnkey systems. RRE is rapidly extending the company's capability in the electrical domain and will play an increasingly important role in all our businesses as we move forward towards our Net Zero goal. We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic domain experts who are willing to join us and contribute to this unique technology and product development journey for electrical power management systems. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the planning, delegation, monitoring and control of all aspects of the project, and the motivation of those involved, to achieve the project’s objectives / output with the expected performance targets of time, cost, quality, scope, benefits and risks. Key Accountabilities: Manage a product development project for the electric aviation market Successfully deliver to cost, specification and time for a defined project or package of work Lead and coordinate the interdisciplinary project team, in close coordination with technical and commercial management Organize and coordinate suppliers and partners as well as interfaces to other internal and external stakeholders Support applications and implementation of government funding projects Report and review on project status and documentation, including regular status updates with a focus on time, cost, resources and management of risks Ensure the compliance and implementation of company management processes is effective and efficient Qualifications / Experience: Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent with significant years of experience(knowledge in electric drives and/or aerospace certification desired) Proven project management skills including a track record of managing technical projects (tool expertise & qualification in agile project management is a plus) Ability to motivate and lead a project team in a dynamic environment Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence the business at all levels through the application of technical capability and stakeholder management skills Strong hands-on mentality and willingness to learn High delivery focus and analytical skills Knowledge of German language at B level desired, but it is not mandatory We offer excellent development, a competitive salary and exceptional benefits.
