    Ihre Aufgaben
    • You are part of the "AUTO Embedded SW Engineering" department
    • You are responsible for all architecture safety activities: from requirements engineering to software architecture
    • Your tasks are, in the context of functional safety and SOTIF:
      • With your broad understanding and knowledge of the field, you will act as an expert in this domain
      • Evaluation of specifications and identification of the safety-relevant parts
      • Derivation of the safety architecture - as part of the system architecture
      • Design and / or design review of the software modules with safety relevance
      • Support the implementation teams in implementation of the safety modules
      • Support of Implementation and support of the systems qualification
      • Support your colleagues in customer meetings (pre-sales / sales / safety related project meetings)
      • Support the creation of offers (analysis of tender documents, effort estimation, ...)
      • Support of recruiting activities
      • Participation in creation and performing of training modules
    Ihr Profil
    • Educational wise, proven software engineering and/or systems engineering background
    • Several years of professional and leadership experience in the automotive field of functional safety (ISO26262) – preferably in the area of software development for automotive ECUs, like
      • ADAS
      • Cluster instrument
      • E-Powertrain
    • Knowledge of Automotive E/E architectures
    • Ability to work on functional safety architectures and design
    • Experience with Safety OS and experience in leading technical teams
    • Knowledge of “Safety Of The Intended Functionality” (SOTIF – ISO/PAS 21448)
    • Experience with functional safety and software engineering for ASIL relevant components
    • Ability to see the bigger picture but have a passion for details where it matters
    • Enjoys working independently, focused and proactive in a highly team and client-oriented environment
    • Must able to work alone with minimum guidance, but also be able to operate effectively as part of a team
    • Enthusiastic, flexible and keen approach to learning, etc.
    • Structured individual with good problem-solving skills
    • Comfortable in customer facing role, confident and thoughtful
    • Excellent communication skills: mandatory C1 or equivalent English- and mandatory B2 or equivalent German language skills. French is a big PLUS
