Inclusion and Diversity
Lead the Inclusion and Diversity strategy across the 11 entities of Porsche Group Companies North America -- PCNA, PFS, PCL/PFSC, PLS, PCON, MHP, PDoA, PMNA, PLA & PDI, in the US and Canada to support the Companies’ goals to foster an inclusive and diverse environment for all employees. Coordinating all I&D communication in the company together with Procurement, Marketing, PR, etc. Strategic responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of programs and services that promote inclusion and diversity in North America within the workforce. This includes but is not limited to researching, developing, recommending, and executing creative strategies to foster the organization’s diversity goals by reviewing current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support the company’s diversity goals; collecting and analyzing statistical data in accordance with diversity standards and goals of all 11 entities; supporting each MD and CEO in reaching these goals through intentional programs designed to promote inclusion and diversity; effectively increasing their employees’ knowledge and understanding of differing perspectives in the US and Canada; leading the BRGs/Affinity groups and Diversity Council in support of our North American I&D strategy; participating in the global task force to support the PAG VSSW Strategy 2030 Sustainability field on Diversity; representing the organization externally on panels about Porsche I&D program.
As an active steering committee member of the Porsche care network, support the community events from a workforce perspective and work closely with the team leaders to foster a culture of volunteerism with Porsche.
Strategically lead the COE for Talent Acquisition for the 11 entities Group Companies of North America PCNA, PFS, PCL/PFSC, PLS, PCON, MHP, PDoA, PMNA, PLA, & PDI in the US and Canada. Manage a team of TA professionals and provide assistance as needed.
Develop and implement recruiting and hiring strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates from diverse backgrounds. Organize events to build a strong employer brand for Porsche North America, developing a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Enhancing and improving the candidate experience during the selection process. Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures.
Improve the efficiencies in the processes by evaluating new tools and software to all 11 entities.
Training and Development
Strategically lead the COE for Training and Development for all 11 entities, PCNA, PFS, PCL/PFSC, PLS, PCON, MHP, PDoA, PMNA, PLA, & PDI in the US and Canada.
Develop and/or acquire training and development to aid diversity, employee development and retention initiatives. Align the team to act as a strategic business partner to understand the business goals, issues and needs of the organizations, and proactively identify and resolve opportunities impacting team and individual performance. Set objectives including key results for the training and development department in alignment with the 11 entities. Works with executive leaders and HR representatives to understand training and development needs.
Employee Engagement and Internal Communications
Strategically lead the COE for Employee Experience for the 11 entities of Porsche Group Companies of North America -- PCNA, PFS, PCL/PFSC, PLS, PCON, MHP, PDoA, PMNA, PLA, & PDI in the US and Canada.
Responsible for overseeing, developing, and facilitating activities, events and plans that support the employee engagement strategy. This role drives activities that build employee engagement and fosters a high performance culture within Porsche by focusing on improving the employee experience. Maintain Porsche Pulse, Town halls, Employee Social Strategy and Communication. Oversees the team responsible for the Porsche Care Network. This position also is responsible for all employee related events, such as Black History Month Celebration, Oktoberfest, All employee meetingn, JD Power celebrations, and other adhoc celebrations.
Responsible for internal communications for the 11 entities of Porsche Group Companies of North America. This includes the development and maintenance of the Porsche Pulse for the 11 entitites; internal email communications to employees as internal and external events unfold; communications via video by executives to employees; etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or a relevant field
- Master’s strongly preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Familiarity with computer systems, Microsoft Office, and keyboard skills, both PC and mainframe
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
