We are now looking for a Service Lead for our O&M Delivery organization at Horns Rev 3, which is under development.
 
The position is located on the west coast of Denmark.
 
It will be preferred that the candidate has an electrical or mechanical background as a marine or turbine engineer or similar.
O&M Delivery, Horns Rev 3 has the main task to operate and maintain the 49 wind turbines and other installations on the new wind farm Horns Rev 3 placed on the west coast of Demark.
 
The main focus of the department are to keep up the availability and at the same time optimize the O&M activities in a way that the production costs are kept at a minimum.
 
This is being done in a way that safety in all aspects and every day are the highest priority when planning and performing the work.
 
Wind is in the centre of Vattenfall’s strategic ambition and O&M Delivery contributes to making wind a long term profitable business.
 
Main Tasks & Responsibilities for the Service Lead
• Ensure HSE policies are part of the daily work on site
• Case handling of QHSE observations
• Participate in development of O&M strategies for the wind turbines, BoP and logistics.
• Plan, execute and report on all maintenance campaigns
• Participate in daily planning and reporting of O&M activities at the site
• Give input to Integrated Services and Technical Support for service and maintenance activities
• Develop and evaluate the operational setup for cost reduction measures to lower the Levelized Energy Cost for the site.
• Give input to the O&M Manager for budgets for the site
• Daily contact to the suppliers
• Apply lessons learnt to other windfarms and new projects and support the Data Driven concept with internal stakeholders
• Maintain and structure site documentation
 
Education/Qualification:
• Marine/ electrical engineer, master degree or similar
• Strong drive and business mind set
• Fluent English language skills
• Leadership skills
• Relevant work experience
• Experience from the wind business or other power generation preferred
• Operation & Maintenance knowledge from a related field preferred
• Good communication, cooperation and organisational skills
