These partnerships will enable a wide variety of companies to leverage the expanding capabilities of Alexa in their products and services. This is a key team member, accelerating growth of Alexa and executing new partnerships for Amazon.The ideal candidate will be an enthusiast self-starter and will be willing operate both tactically and strategically to manage the whole life cycle of the business development from planning to execution. They will have a solid technical expertise as well as sound business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and relationship management in an international settings. Some of the key job functions of this position are:· Define and deliver the strategy to partner with third-party companies to build Alexa Voice Service functionality into their products and services.· Manage both executive and working-level relationships with service providers, consumer electronic device makers and developers.· Establish technical credibility and drive discussions with the senior influencers at the relevant organizations.· Craft and articulate goals along with actionable plans to achieve results.· Negotiate agreements defining technical and business commitments.· Advocate internally for new features and functionality that will help facilitate a world-class Alexa experience for customers.· Prepare and conduct business reviews to the Alexa senior management team regarding progress and metrics.Location: Germany. Berlin or Munich GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN · University degree in a business or technical field.· 5+ years of post-degree experience in sales, business development or marketing.· Experience with account management, relationship management, and solutions' selling.· A track record of working with large scale, complex organizations delivering results with international partners.· Demonstrated ability to earn and use influence at all levels in an organization with strategic customers and partners.· Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences, being capable of cooperation with product and engineering teams.· Outstanding verbal, written communications and presentation skills.· Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture.· Fluency in English and German.
