ABOUT THE TEAM The SAP Services and Support Marketing team within SAP Global Marketing is responsible for helping to drive the SAP Services and Support strategy to support business growth. Daily business tasks include integration into syndicated marketing programs and events, customer references, and social media promotion to help educate customers and drive demand generation of the SAP Services and Support portfolio offerings. THE ROLE Work with various teams to collect customer engagement information for SAP Services and Support Create internal and external customer success stories Promote stories internally and/or externally Reporting and administration of tasks in the Customer Reference Platform and the SAP Services and Support Reference Navigators Help drive customer integration into events Support different activities in the context of SAP Services and Support marketing and take responsibility for own defined tasks or subprojects Would prefer 6 month or longer employment duration with approx. 20 hours per week commitment Work hard – have fun – stay hungry! ROLE REQUIREMENTS Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Marketing or Communications Computer skills: Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus Soft skills: Team player who is organized, learns quickly, and enjoys writing Good communication skills in order to be able to interact with diverse project teams / stakeholders Pro-active character and reliable in delivering results; Good self-organization skills since you’ll treated as fully integrated team member with own responsibilities Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
