At Amazon Pickup and Return Points (PARP), we're working to optimize the pickup convenience for our customers. With our Amazon Lockers and Counters we are not only enabling customers to pickup and send parcels in the most comfortable way, but on top, we are helping to optimize resource allocation on the last mile - from fuel to packaging material.

We are looking for an Account Manager to support our mission in Germany and Austria.

Key job responsibilities
Working within one of the fastest growing areas of Amazon, you will play a leading role in establishing and nurturing the meaningful relationships with our Amazon PARP partners across different business segments in Germany and Austria.

You will be working in a cross-functional role where you represent the face to our partner and own the end-2-end relationship after on-boarding where the main tasks will be:
- communication with partners to manage and resolve challenges and grow the relationship over time
- administration and renewal of contracts, terms and conditions
- generation and implementation of partner specific expansion plans both within DE/AT to grow our PARP network
- active monitoring and reporting of partner/location performance and deriving pro-active follow-up actions
- engaging with multiple external and internal stakeholders from Tech, Accounting, Marketing, Business planning, Legal and Product Management to ensure the best possible customer experience throughout the complete project life-cycle
- collection of partner and customer feedback to constantly improve our service offerings as well as our internal and external processes
- manage customer-impacting projects through internal and external stakeholder management

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Munich, BY, DEU

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN

- A degree
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal German and English
- Advanced MS Office skills


BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN

- Master’s degree
- Relevant experience in Account Management
- Previous experience in Project Management
- Previous experience within cross functional stakeholder management
- Knowledge in e-commerce, startup or logistics
- Relevant experience multi-tasking and prioritizing multiple work-stream
- Relevant experience in delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
