About the Department:
Our seller program for Home, Living & Sports is a rapidly growing business area with great potential. We support selling partners on Amazon in continuously improving the customer experience for high-quality furniture and living products such as furniture or sports equipment. Through premium shipping solutions like "Fulfillment by Amazon" or "Scheduled Delivery" and customized services, we create unique value for our customers. In this sales-oriented role, you'll be the central point of contact for our selling partners and actively drive the expansion of this strategically important business area.

As an Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work in an international environment and develop innovative solutions for our selling partners together with your team.
Key job responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
• Acquisition and consultation of selling partners in Home, Living & Sports categories
• Performance analysis and development of growth strategies
• Close collaboration with Recruiting/New Customer Acquisition, Product Management, Selection, Seller Support, and Operations
• Initiation and implementation of projects to optimize customer experience, especially regarding shipping of large and heavy items
• Active participation in developing new, innovative shipping solutions in an international context

Your Development:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Italian or Spanish or French, minimum C1 required)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented sales mentality and closing ability
- Sharp analytical mind with Excel prowess
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
- Self-driven attitude with a hunger for results
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
